Your data enables us to deliver personalized coaching, process enrollments, send tailored progress reports, and improve program outcomes. We use anonymized trends to refine our methods for anger regulation training and overall service quality.

We never sell your data. Limited sharing occurs only with secure third-party processors for payment handling, cloud hosting, and certified coaches under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect VertexLane users.

All information is encrypted in transit and at rest using bank-grade protocols. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill service commitments or meet legal obligations, typically up to 36 months after last program activity.
